Translation not showing in Signup and Checkout pages

What is the issue?

Over the last few weeks our Subbly customers have been reporting that some of the pages in their site (usually the signup and the checkout page) appear without translation.

Why is this happening?

The reason behind this is that Subbly is blocking the Bablic snippet on those specific pages. If the snippet is not present in the page, Bablic cannot show the translation. This is something new, we have been collaborating with Subbly for quite a while and this never happened before. We assume this is the result of an upgrade or new release on their side.

Can it be fixed?

We are keeping in close contact with the Subbly team and they are working to figure out what changed in their solution that is now causing this issue. We are quite optimistic as the two solutions, Bablic and Subbly, have been perfectly integrated in the past. We are confident that this issue will be resolved very soon.

What now?

Once this issue will be solved, we will postpone the billing date of all Subbly customers affected by this issue to make up for the time our solution wasn’t working as intended.
